It could very well be testicular torsison, you should go to the ER as soon as possible. Waiting could cause permenant damage to the testes.

painful swelling often means an infection of some kind, so no matter how "embarrasing" it may seem U NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR. if you dont it could lead to serious problems.
