Need help, penis problem?!

Question: I pulled my skin back about, couple weeks ago for first time. I was 15, am now 16.
Basically, I have smegma, not too much of it but not exactly little. I'd (obviously) like to get rid of it.
BUT
Its like, STUCK to my penis head. And the area around and underneath it has gone reddish purple, and hurts just to give it the slightest tap. Like, a drop of water that dropped off from too high a distance would hurt it.
I have a highly sensitive penis head and am working on getting rid of the sensitivity, I know how, but I dont think that'll get rid of the sensitivity around the smegma.
Will it?
Do I have a disease or infection where the smegma is?
Anyone know of have tips on getting rid of the smegma without having to touch it because that would cause alot of pain.
Would olive oil help? random suggestion..

Well, from one uncut man to another, do not feel ashamed about being uncut, and do not run out and get a circumcision. Optimally, you should have been taught at a young age to pull the skin back while bathing/showering, and also when you urinate. This highly decreases any chance of build up. When I was your age, I also had a bit of "clean up" issues to deal with, and my head was extremely sensitive as well. Now, it's not as sensitive. It's not tough like my fingertips or anything, but know that the sensitivity does decrease. The problem here is it sounds like it's been allowed to go on too long. I would recommend dipping it in warm water for some time. Also, you may just have to buck up and clean it off in the shower. It'll hurt, but getting an infection would be much, much worse, right? And going to the doctor wouldn't be much fun, but if it continues, that's where you should go. Hope this helps!

Could be yeast, make sure the area is washed well, and dried even better, this area should be washed daily!!!

you should go talk to a doctor about it if it is bothering you that much

Gross dude... You shoulda' been cut a long time ago.... Good luck with that, whatever it is. Ps. Tell your boyfriend he has to be more gentle from now on.

its common in uncircumcised men.
Preventing accumulation of smegma is best done by rinsing the area with warm water. Some argue that soap is best avoided because it depletes natural skin oils and may cause non-specific dermatitis. Noticeably unpleasant cheese-like odors can be an indicator of a potentially serious medical problem, or a need to gently wash away excess with water.

yea im guessing your uncut just dip it in warm water every day since it souds like you cant shower with it. after its gone you should be able to shower with it if not check with your doctor.
