When I catch anyone looking, guy or girl, I do the "cup/grab/shift" routine and then casually look up to see if they are still looking so they can also see that I have caught them looking.
Then I go on my merry way.....whats worse is when you're at a party and theres a "junk grabber" there. I hate girls who are junk grabbers.....complete turn-off.

I don't care who see's my junk. If anyone is staring then I kind of find it flattering (it means I'm the sh*t). As long looking is all that they are doing, usually I don't notice. Look but don't touch!

who cares; aren't bulges there for the looking? don't guys and gals both look at whatever is bulging (up or down depending on who is being observed) to kind of size the other person up - anatomically speaking. The only thing people should nto do is stare; your mommy should have taught you that isn't polite.
and in locker rooms or similar when I am showing it all as i shower or wander to and from the showers, I really don;t give a fig leaf if another guy looks. And if he takes a second glance I consider that a compliment.
