When I hit puberty, I started getting hard disks behind my nipples. At first, I didn't notice them, they must have been there for a while, but one day they were very sore and sensitive. At that point, I found the disks and told my parents, who took me to the doctor. It turns out, they were benign plaques somewhat related to elevated testosterone levels during puberty. I basically had more than my body could use, so it was causing build-ups. At least I think that's what he said.

If you get hard lumps or disks behind your nipples or if they become sore, go to a doctor and have him check it out. If he clears you, check them once every other week for size/shape. If they don't change, you're probably fine. If they DO change, go back to your doctor immediately!

Just so you know, my disks eventually did shrink and go away, but I could still feel them for several years.

It will probably go away after time but try to work out ur pec's like some push-ups and bench press, just so they dont stand out so much

Go to the Doc. thats like the best thing you can do? And if you r stuck with them oh well learn to love them.. they r part of you!! If your overwt that can be a problem...

Do you mean the nipple itself or the areolas?

this might be normal for you. if you are truly concerned, see your doctor.

It's normal for you, and no doctor will do anything for you. Learn to love your t-i-t-s.

This question has been asked so many times before. First of all, it sounds as though you are healthy otherwise. If you should look at the best looking male models with well defined bodies, you will notice that nearly every single one has larger nipples. Would you rather your chest look like one of them or that of a nine year old. My guess is the former. Many people find it very attractive to see large nipples on a well defined chest (both men and women) and say that you are blessed and not cursed as you seem to think.

If you have not already started an exercise regimen, do so. Concentrate on developing your pecs and abs first since this is your area of concern. Gradually increase your exercise program to include the rest of your body.

I can say this to you as you could have been describing me when I was your age. I developed my chest to have definition and am now an adult who is very proud to take my shirt off. I worked hard for this as you will too.

I frequently have others tell me what a nice looking chest I have; men and women.

If people have teased you in the past, do now or should in the future about your nipples, just hold your head up proudly, look them straight in the eye and say, "yes I know, aren't they great looking and don't you wish yours looked like mine "

That's what I did then and would do now if anyone were to attempt to embarass me. Remember this; ANYONE who would do this does not even like themselves. Consequently, they are ALWAYS trying to focus attention on someone else because they are very insecure, immature and secretly hate themselves. They do this to draw attention away from themselves.

Get in touch with your body, take your shirt off whenever you like, enjoy the attention and enjoy the freedom that we men have to go shirtless. Need I say more?

I hope this makes you feel better about yourself.

I would tend to lean on the safe side and just ask your doctor. If there is nothing medically wrong, learn to enjoy them.
