You have one, it just may not be bulging out of your neck, but it's there none the less. Gently place your hand on your throat and swallow, you will feel it move up, then down.

At age 20, you complain of looking five years younger. At forty, you will be lifting weights and running miles in an effort to look five years younger. At 60, you will watch your stomach protrude far more than your Adam's apple ever could. At 70 or 80, you won't give a damn either way.
Be grateful for the youthful appearance God gave you. Some people would trade places with you in a second's time.
