is that small for my age?
also i have hair ALL OVER my body, my pubic hairs are about 1.25 inches long. is this normal?

Everyone has hair all over their body. WHen it gets dark and thick it is adult hair. Average penis size for an ADULT male is 5 to 6 inches, so you are above average since you are not an adult. Ignore any guys who claim to be huge. They aren't. Pube hairs can be any length, as much as 4 inches or more, or what you are describing. Depends on the guy.

look, women don't care about the size of the penis. there is no normal size, especially for a growing teenager.
when you type a question, look below the rectangle, you see similar questions that all have the same answer: There is no normal size for a person in puberty; and size don't matter anyway!

Normal as can be. Average male sizes are 5-7 and under or over those sizes aren't all together abnormal at all. As for the pubic hair, it's normal but if you have concerns, just trim it. Best of luck.
