Nutrasystem for men?!

Question: Does this product actually work? I want to hear from people who have actually used and stuck with the program for an extended amount of time, like 6 months straight. My brother is a M.D. and tells me that it CAN work for the right people, but it would be great to hear from actual people who have used it. Thanks!

My uncle used it. He lost 30 pounds. I think he said it took about 3 or 4 months.
