Question: ok im 5'7'', and im 13. I am 133 pounds too. My whole family is short and im the tallest out of my whole family even grandpareents. My great grandrents were short too. Can i still grow more... I already had my growth spurt. Can i have a second one too?? WIll i grow more?

just dont lift weights cause that stunts your growth.... play basketball and drink milk, sleep and eat healthy... i know guys who grew til like 24
It varies but you are still very young and will grow more. Usually until you're in your early 20's is when you should stop gaining height.
I grew another 2 inches after I was 18.
youth men contiune growth till they reach 21 i think by this age you will reach about 6.25
