Can weight-lifting after a long time turn into an aerobic activity?!

Question: Cardio turns into a anaerobic activity once you're past your VO2MAX. Can the opposite happen with weight lifting after lifting with a lot of volume and intensity for a long period of time?

no it won't... training with weights needs more energy than oxygen alone can supply, no matter how light the weight or high the reps, you'll be using glycogen as the main energy source.. i found a cool resource that gives you the low down and dirty on the best cardio routines...

hope that helps

yes, the more reps the more your body works, to refresh your muscles. also multiple sets .

You can work hard enough and fast enough to make it aerobic but you would do better on a rowing machine.
