I usually bend over the toilet in the morning but if you can't do it still, just wait until it goes down. Once you hit the point where you reall really have to pee, it will go down enough for you to relieve yourself.

well, just stand in a cool room for a minute and think about anything except for your penis and it will soften up a wee bit and peeing will happen mor eeasily.
