I'm addicted to porn and i don't know how to quit!?!

First day...Don't turn on ur computer for one day...see how u do...then turn it on the next day and try really hard to not look it up...
and...
If that is to hard...take baby steps...
Go down to only watching it 5 times a day...then 3...down to none...then after a month of not watching any porn...then like once a week or even once a day...its so bad...just nothing more then once a day...to stay away from it...

I'm in my 20's and I watch porno about 5 to 7 minuts everyday and I sincerely don't consider myself addicted to porn. Also think about this, guys who don't have girlfriends need some kind of help. Probably you are overacting?

it's ok to be addicted to it...
you know what you do is try to tell yourself to not do it for like a day or something like that. Like you probably watch porn everyday. To counteract it you can say i will watch it for everyday except Tuesday (Tuesdays are boring anyways). Then on Tuesday try to avoid watching it by like reminding yourself you will be able to watch it tomorrow.
In addition lots of ppl get addicted to porn when they start watching it. after a while tho, you will notice its all the same and can watch it less and less cause there really isn't anything original happening in them.

if you REALLY feel that it is an issue then you should probably seek the guidance of a professional counselor or therapist. Don't make this a religious issue because that really will mind-fork you worse than you feel that you are now. I believe in God, it's the crazies that think they are entitled to speak on his behalf that run amongst us that I find intolerable and of no help to no one.
