Question: are there any good lubricants i would find in the house that i could use which would be safe for both him and myself for intercourse?
i'm not 100% comfortable to go out and by the real stuff.

make him give you oral sex and heapssa foreplay this works for me and my baby and then get him to go out and buy the lube..
90 weight gear oil or transmission fluid
i suggest you go and by KY jelly. Don't be shy to buy these, ppl wont look at you funny, some women use this to help penetrate the tampons when they are in their periods but are very irritated and dry. There is nothing to feel uncomfortable about this. I don't know which lubricants that you can find in the house that wouldn't breakdown or weaken a condom. Good luck.
vaseline? im not too sure, but make sure u use non water based lubricants. they work better and if ur using condoms, they can damage the condoms to make them weaker with a bigger chance of tearing it
