Considering that when the human race wasn't quite so advanced, and the average life span of a human was about 20 years, reproduction began as soon as possible between humans. This girl is at about the age when it would become possible, and even though our technology has evolved, some of our primal instincts have not and will not, so it could be considered normal. First of all you are not in love with this child,you are lusting after what is unacceptable in our present day society.I would suggest that you do some deep soul searching.You probably have unresolved problems with your wife.Perhaps deep inside you feel that she is "ignoring" her "wifely duties" in the bedroom when in fact she is busy cleaning up after you and your children or busy bathing/dressing/putting YOUR children to bed.If on the other hand you has started having sexual fantasies about this young child I would suggest that you book yourself in to the nearest mental health hospital and get some counselling
