Question: I am 15 years old (and 6 months). I live in Australia, I am caucasian. My penis size is 12 cm/4.72440945 inches long. I just wanted you guys to tell me your size, and give me some statistics from a reliable site. I am scared that when I finally do get the opportunity to have sex, they may belive mine is too small. Also, how much does size have to do with pleasure, and would my size be too small to pleasure a woman. And also, is it going to grow much bigger (how much)?

4.72" is not small , you can certainly give your partner adequate pleasure ! But average size is about 5.5" to 6.5" , some Africans have upto 7.5" but I guess this statistics is of only academic importance as first 2" is what matters.
