Why does your willy shrink when you do drugs?!

It doesnt shrink. You may get impotence tho which is even worse.

balls and penis shrinkage probably has something to do with vasoconstriction which is narrowing of the lining in blood vessels
There are plenty of other reasons not to do drugs. Some dugs such as steroids and certain hormones can cause shrinkage, but mostly of the testes, not the penis itself.
girls won't want to have sex with you when you're doing drugs so it doesn't really matter if it's shrunk or not. DON'T DO DRUGS!!
