Don't say anything because you could ruin their life if they haven't told their friends and family yet.
you're in college so you're all adults. If they were in a stall and in privacy let them do as they want. If they were out in the open, tell them to get a room.
just let them do it what if it were you doing it would you want ppl telling other ppl

Well i'll say to just leave them alone,cuz if u tell and they haven't told anybody like family or friend u could ruin there lifes.Don't get me wrong i ain't into that but like i say we on;y live once and it's there life.But what u could do is report it to the office that,that kind of stuff is happening in the bathroom and that ur uncomfortable and the school police could check up on the bathrooms.
at college age its their choice
the restroom is not the proper place
but i'd leave it alone
Say nothing to anyone. If they are both around the same age and consenting it is no ones business. If you say something to anyone it could cause irreparable trouble for both of them and possibly you.
just don't do anything, leave them too it but i if offended you, you should tell some one that that type if thing is going on in the toilets and see what happens.
or if you like that type of thing ask to join in...lol sorry joking.
