What are kegal exercies? How do you do them well?!

Question: kegel exercises are exercises utilised in order to strengthen your pubococygeal muscle (most commonly known as the PC muscle), which usually helps constrict the urethra when not urinating. to do them, first try to stop urinating at midstream, hold it then relax and urinate again. do this a couple of times during urination for practise. after a while and you get used to doing it, you can contract your PC muscle anytime anywhere, specially when you're doing nothing but sitting, you can try to do this. benefits associated with exercising your PC muscles include lesser occurrence of urinary and stress incontinence (urinary - you can't hold your urine inside your bladder and you urinate involuntarily; stress - when you cough, you spill some urine on your underwear). others also report increased intensity in ejaculation.

Exercises that allow a wopman to have more control on her vaginal muscles and a good way to learn to do them is by stopping your urine flow several times, those are the muscles you should work out, with time they get stronger and better and a great aid in nookie time.

It's strengthening your bladder wall. When you're peeing, stop your urine in mid stream. And then start and stop again. You're using those muscles to do that. Once you figure out what those muscles are, you can isolate them and exercise them without urinating. Clench and hold them for a count of 5 and work up to 10 - 20 repetitions. It's harder than you think. Kegels are not just for women!
