I woke up two days ago with severe pain in the tip of my penis whenever I urinat!
Question: I was out late at a disco in Mexico and I woke up the next morning with severe pain in the tip of my penis when I urinate. The pain I experience is awful, so much so I don't want to urinate out of fear I have to deal with this pain. I know I should see a urologist but I'm in Mexico for a few more days so that isn't possible. It has been this way for two days now. Has anyone experienced anything like this? If so do you have any suggestions on how to ease the pain until I return to the states?

this is most likely an infection or "tare" in your urethra which will go away soon just dont drink alot of alcohol because its bad for your liver which processes the fluids that will be going though the urethra.

Yeah I experienced that too for several days but passed away. I don't know what was, maybe a mild irritation or infection.
Drink a lot of clean water. Not from the tap in Mexico! You probably have high acidity in the urine which is causing you some pain. Drink plent of water to flush it out.
Cut it off.
