Two Embarrassing Questions About My Penis?!

Question: First, I haven't been able to pee standing up anymore for a few years. If I stand up, the urine sprays out in all directions, and it's really messy. It even sprays back onto myself. So I have to sit down instead, even though this is not the normal custom for males. Is anything wrong with me? What might be causing this? Can it be fixed? Will this problem just go away on it's own eventually, even though it's been a few years?

And second, Often whenever I cough or sneeze, or bend down, or bend up, I end up peeing my pants a bit all the time. What's up with that??

I don't know much about this excepting that I would go see a Urologist about it and that what you are describing about peeing when you sneeze reminds me of "stress incontinence." (although I've only heard about this happening in women due to different pelvic anatomy, but I suppose it can happen in men too?) The NIH discusses Urinary Incontence at http://kidney.niddk.nih.gov/kudiseases/p... which you can check out for more informatoin on the subject. Good luck..

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid you may need a penis replacement.

I sit too for the same reason in the last years, my bathroom is more clean now.
If we think is normal, why should I care about others?

For second question... I don't know why that happens. Maybe because your bowel is not empty yet.

Why haven't you seen a urologist, the only one to likely have an intelligent answer/fix for your problem?

hmmm not sure about the first thing but with the second one - and i'm not sure if guys can get this -

when i was in year three i had a UTI which is an infection, but nothing serious and easily fixed. i had no control over how much i peed. if it burns when you pee and you're doing a wee more often then usual then this is probably it. go get it checked out. just a urine sample is all to determine it. good luck. : )

?

sometimes happens to me too, but then i keep urinating when it happens and it eventually stops going everywhere but into the toilet, weird, dunno y but when i do this it usually makes it less likley to happen again

That used to happen to me, like it would spray downwards and forward, and it would get all over my pants. I don't know why, but if I don't use my hands, or hold it in a certain other position, it's fine. Maybe you need to experiment a little with positioning it. I haven't had a problem standing up and peeing for a few years, but honestly, I like sitting down and peeing better. It seems like it's pretty normal, because a lot of guys seem to have posted about it. Also, the way we pee isn't natural in the first place because of the skin removed in circumcision, so nobody is really "normal". You're supposed to have to pull the skin back and it gets a little messy that way supposedly.

Anyway, the second thing is pretty normal too. I used to put folded toilet paper in my boxers cupped around it. I figured out that if you move around your penis after you're peeing and get every drop out from every position, then less pee if any comes out. Haven't had a problem with that for a while either.

u shud be seeing a urologist...

i had the first problem. are you curcimsized? cause im not and when i urinated it started going everywhere. pull ur foreskin back when you go. No need to be embarrised about this, ignore the annoying people making fun of you, im sure they have bigger problems than us.
