What is this? not an STD rite?!

Question: ok so the head area of my penis is pretty dry. mainly its around the rim of the head not the entire head. theres also little red spots around the rim of the head (not red bumps, red spots like freckles on a face) what is causing this dryness and red spots (the spots are only really visible during erection)? it cant be an STD cuz ive never had sex right? what else can it be?

Are you circumcised? If so, the glans (penis head) is always exposed and can easily dry out, especially in cold dry weather. Just apply moisturizing lotion and you should be okay. The spots along the rim could be pearly penile papules (see link). Those are normal and harmless, so you shouldn't worry about them.

But, if you're still concerned about it all, it's a good idea to ask your doctor.

It could be a case of dry skin. Try moisturising the area with an aqueous cream, available from your local drugstore. If the problem persists, seek medical attention.

It could just be a temporary dry skin condition . or maybe you have just a simple infection
I suggest you take extra care over the next couple of weeks , in the shower daily wash with a soap for sensitive skin type and rinse thoroughly . If this doesn't clear up , or even gets worse you should consult your GP

it could be anything,

allergic reaction to detergent for your clothes

dry skin
