I'm not sure if it's a sin. 1 Corinthains 10:23[I think] says that your body is a temple to the Lord. So some interpret that to mean that it's a sin. But I really don't know.

No it is not a sin, but a normal function. Your penis is a muscle thus needs to be exercised or it will atrophy. Also, you will not go blind. I still have 20/20 vision and I masturbate nearly everyday on top of the sex I have.
