well i can understand that you want to get some pounds on. I do too, im underweight and need some pounds.

All you have to do is, eat more calories than you normally do, eat complex carbs and saturated fat (stuff that takes your body long to break down). butter, bread, jellies, waxes (not candle wax, there is wax in some foods), red meat, cream, whole milk.These are healthy foods, they wont make you sick or hurt your body much, just make you fat.

Oils are not that good because they are easily broken down and just cause acne. Don't exorcise.

The types of foods i listed are not bad for you, but just take your body longer to break down, so your body will store them untill you really need them.

but be careful, don't get too fat, because if you ever decide to loos all that weight, you will have stretch marks...Loosing weight takes more work than gaining it.
