Two red bumps on the bottom of the head on my penis?!
Question: I noticed these two bumps yesterday. Im not circumsized and had sex about 4 days ago and am thinking I didnt clean good enough. They sort of look like they are small pimples because they are also kind of white. What could it be?

It could've resulted from and could be several things. They could be pearly penile papules (link 1), in which case it's normal and harmless, and there isn't much you can do about it anyway. It could be smegma (link 2) that you didn't wash away. Again, smegma is normal and good in small quantities, but it should be washed away daily during a shower/bath to prevent it from building up. It could actually be a pimple as a result of some irritation, from either sex or the soap you're using, etc. On the other hand, it could be an STD like genital herpes or genital warts.
So here are the things to probably do. Wash the area thoroughly and gently. Be sure to pull back the foreskin and wash underneath with soap and water like any other part of your body. Be sure to use a mild and preferably scentless soap. Then dry the area gently afterwards with a clean towel. See if they go away or get better in 2-3 days.
In the meantime, ask the person you had sex with if they noticed anything weird, if they've ever had an STD. And if those bumps don't go away soon, go see a doctor ASAP. It may be nothing, but it never hurts to be sure.
