Uncircumcised penis (sensitivity)?!

Question: I have an uncircumcised penis, and the tip is extremely sensitive. Also, I am able to pull the skin back fully (behind the head) when I'm not erect, but when I am erect it hurts a bit when the skin is pulled back.

What can I do to decrease the sensitivity in the head?
What can I do decrease pain when pulling the skin back when erect?
How will this affect me when I'm having sex (the sensitivity)?

I can remember my battle with sensitivity issues as far back as the very first days of exploration. I use to masturbate with the skin forward and glans covered. This led to a technique I discovered where I would pull the foreskin and drape the loose skin back down my shaft while cupping it under my palm. I would wear the foreskin like a Santa's hat. I would then roll and knead it paying special attention to the underside frenulum. By using this technique, it kept my glans extremely sensitive.

As I got older and experienced foreplay and sex, I soon realized my masturbation techniques didn't help my sensitivity issues when I was with other partners. The foreskin had to stay covered and I found myself prematurely ejaculating and because my partners couldn't simulate my technique to make me ejaculate again it would always be quickly over for me.

I did some reading and got advice from others like you are doing and started to masturbate differently where I would start by rolling the foreskin back and forth while ejaculating. Then every night when I went to sleep, I would roll the foreskin tightly back while in bed and let it air dry. I began to fall asleep that way and would end up waking to the skin rolling back over the glans. I figured it was better than nothing and continued to do it every chance I got when going to bed. I did notice in time by doing this, the foreskin began to remain back behind the glans and I would wake up with it still retracted. I realized by keeping the foreskin retracted, my glans grew bigger and thicker and it helped with keeping my foreskin back from sliding forward. So not only did my glans get bigger but I soon found the sensitivity getting less and less. I found I was able to masturbate with lubricants while holding back my foreskin and stroking the bare glans to ejaculation. Then I found I was able to do it dry and without any lubricants. The sensitivity to touch was still there but I was able to control it and ejaculate when I wanted to. I can go through the day with wearing the foreskin covering the glans and because I continue to expose myself every chance I get while rough masturbating, foreplay and sex, I don't have to go to sleep retracting any more to stay desensitized.

Yes, pull back the foreskin as far back as possible and apply the condumn as normal and then roll the foreskin back into it's covered possition. This will allow the foreskin to move naturally while staying protected. If you do not do this and apply it with the skin covering the glans, there is a good chance of tearing through it as the foreskin tends to slip and slide within the condumn durring foreceful intercourse.

Good luck, take baby steps, be consistent and find fun and creative ways to desensitize. It will help you control premature ejaculation and give you better pleasure and control.

Im not exactly sure but my head is extremly sensitive also im not circumcised but i can't pull my skin behind my head ever so....

well if u have foreskin orgasms are much better but health problems can occur and many men later in life hav 2 b circumsized. the foreskin can become hard and not able to be pulled back
i suggest that everyone be circumsized at birth, its also in the bible and it serves as a sign of the lords covenent

Hey man, I am uncircumcised too and I don't have any complaints. I know that those other guys who have no more foreskin are missing a lot of the great feelings I have with my "extra".

Due to the thickness of the shaft and the intensity of the erection the skin doesn't "hurt" but feels "different than when the penis is flaccid.

In answer to your other questions:

1. Once you climax, the sensitivity decreases in the head portion of the penis considerably.

2. Pull the skin back while you are acquiring the erection instead of after you are fully erect.

3. You will be extremely happy with the feeling!!!!!!!

From a girl perspective, a circumcised penis, it better, cause if u don't clean the foreskin it can carry alot of bacteria that could be infectionous. and about the sensitivity...i suggest u see a doctor.

sure, when ur in ur young teens, and its gettin erect often, its gonna get sensative, dont pull back the foreskin so far, when ur masterbating, uncircumcised penis's,way better sensations, more powerful, orgasms than circumcised penus

i guess first of all u could stop pulling it back which can increase soreness and when ur havin sex try not to think about it

I'm female, but I would assume that heightened sensitivity during sex is a good thing.

If it's unusually painful, you might want to see a doctor.

You should see your doctor you may have an infection.

How old are you? you need to stretch your skin simply retracting it will help to open it up. when erect dont force it back but apply small amounts of pressure. try to do it while erect for about 5 minutes every day until you can retract it fully

You have Phimosis! Dude, go get circumcised you will never regret it! I did at 18 and would do it again in a NY minute!
