You could have a condition called phismosis that basically means that u have a tight foreskin but not to worry you can fix it yourself. Try to stretch the skin. Mines used to be really tight that it even got painful when retracted but once i started to have sex a long long time ago it stretched itself naturally and I haven't had a problem ever since.
Try using your hand to pull the sikn back. Or, you could go get circumsized and never have to see that skin again.

dude if it doesnt then pull back on the skin if it doesnt easley then work on it in the shower you really should be cleaning it daily with soap pulling back on the skin and washin it good
