Urine excreted by healthy kidneys is sterile. When it leaves the body, however, the urine can pick up bacteria from the surrounding skin, which would contaminate it. It is not advisable to use urine to clean open wounds.

Urine is sterile for as long as it is warm. I don't think it is good for you. It is mostly water and that Baer Grills guy(does the survival show) drunk his so it shouldn't hurt you. If you are gonna piss on someone don't do what Mr. Kelly did or didn't do(i couldn't care less about him0
