Okay, i tell u this having lost 60lbs in three months. First diet and exercise (1 hour atleast) everyday. Diet as in, NO SODA OR BREAD whatsoever. drink water, avoid all fatty foods, sat fat and total fat, and carbs. but pay more attention to fat an calories. I ate cereal in the morning with some fruit and orange juice. the cereal was special k, cherios, or rice crispies. for lunch i would have grilled chicken or fish, dinner was the same. I very rarely had snacks. meal sizes were decent in portion...DO NOT STARVE yourself, if you do u'll binge and end up in a worse situation. but as far as exercising, do it in the morning or early afternoon. Do not skip breakfast if possible, it indeed is the most important meal of the day for it kicks up your metabolism. Let me know if this works. Also, be patient and stick to it, for a while u wont notice anything because u are the one losing weight. for me i realized i looked different when people i saw a month down the road couldn't recognize me. good luck, its worth it!

cardio... lots and lots of cardiovascular exercise...

if you want... you could go to the gym also and lift weights... you would also develop muscles in the process... it will really tone your body...

and try to limit your intake of carbs and fat.
