How to become physically strong and powerful?!


Question: I'm 6/ 6'1 feet tall. I know there are bigger guys out there, and in case I get into a fight, I want to be able to hold my ground.


Answers: I'm 6/ 6'1 feet tall. I know there are bigger guys out there, and in case I get into a fight, I want to be able to hold my ground.

Conditioning first. Having been in a few due to necessity, a fight will suck the air out of you in 30 seconds if you are not conditioned. And if you don't win in that time and are gasping for oxygen, you are done.

Lots of cardio. Then you would want to add strength and power by gradually working out with weights, doing work on a heavy bag and learning some form of martial art.

Diet and exercise.

Never having to fight is better....act crazy...no one wants to mess with a Crazy Dude.

lotsa repetitions of wieghts.
a self defense or martial arts course wouldnt hurt either. plan on at least 5-6 years to become very proficient

Diet, weightlifting, any type of martial arts or boxing training!

learn judo or how to wrestle or just learn how to run fast the physically strongest does not always win the smarter one does otherwise diet and heapsa exercise

Bodybuild your life out in the gym my friend and take up martial arts...

Eat lots of protein like eggs and meat, and get a gym membership if you're serious about wanting to do it. They'll teach you the specifics on how to eat and how you should exercise to gain size.

Workin out and eating nutritious food

Diet and exercise got me fit and in shape.
