How often should I change the razor blade on my Gillete wet shave razor?!

Question: Every 3 - 5 shaves? I don't think so - if you shave once a day it'll cost you 5-6 quid a week. I change mine every 3-4 weeks and I find no problems even shaving once every day.

Depends on how often you shave......change it when it gets dual......

After every 5th or 6th use.

as less as possible, as these stupid blades are horrible expensive!!!
But seriously, use them untill they feel uncomfortable to shave, and always rinse them good after using.

every three times you use it change it, the blade will get dull and it scratch you skin. or see if the lubcrat on the blad has dulled thats what i do

Some doctors will recommend you change it every time after 3 uses, others will say after 7 or 8 uses. I personally go by 7 or 8 uses, even if the blade isn't dull. Reason being is due to a high risk of infection. I have seen a few people get staph infections due to "dirty" razor blades.

As with all razors, change the blade when dullness becomes apparent. When it doesn't cut smoothly, when it "catches" on your skin, it's dull and needs to changed.

depends how often you shave, how thick facial hair you have and how good care you take of it. I can use my Mach3 and Fusion even up to 2-3 months, I shave something like every 2-3 days. Always wash it clean from hair and soap, shake off all water and dry it(do not towel it, personally I use my wifes hair dryer :)) ) put it in a dry place so it does not catch wet and it should serve you for at least a few weeks if not months.

it's recommended that they are thrown away when they look dull, you'll know when it starts to tug and cut you, throw it out,
rinse well after every use.

I change mine twice a day,, but some gay guys need only change once a week.

Fred!!!! TWICE a day...you must have titanium stubble!!

You need to change it whenever it becomes slightly painful to use...ie with proper lubrication it still pulls on the stubble (sign that it is blunted)

i get new ones
