Well some are curved towards whatever hand the man is dominate with. If man uses right hand to "take care of business" then it is bent towards the right if they "take care of business" more than average. I saw one like that before...not pleasent! haha

There is a variety of ways, when your modest sometimes you tuck in a certain way, circumcised incorrectly tight on one side or sometimes when you are natural, the skin over the head may not pull back over the head and the skin is tight.
There is always surgical and non surgical way to fix the problem just do a google or yahoo search.
