yes it will because they wouldnt be able to connect the tube in the center of your penis. you pee will come out coz theres a lot of force but with sperm theres not as much force so theres a possible chance that it will harly come out. you should ask your doctor he'll have more and better answers

This is why I dont beleive in circumcision. Go see a urologist.
