Once you get used to feeling these muscles working, it gets easier to excercise them!

(kinda like wiggling your ears!)

the pay off is that it's supposed to make orgasm more intense and controlling orgasm easier!

us girls can get 'weights' for this, they slip into the vagina, and you're supposed to try and lift them for a count of ten and then relax...
dunno if a) you can get these for guys b) if guys would use them if you could!

when you pee stop the flow completly this is how to do it then once you can you can do it all the time it's very good for premeture ejaculation too so all round a good tip,

Please don't do the shutting off your wee routine often - its a good way to find your muscles, but then if you over do it is sets up a negative feedback to your bladder. So once you have found them try to practice just lifting your willy. and shutting off your anus. I'd also suggest checking out pilates which is good for backs

yeah don't keep stopping ur pee in the middle JUST CAUSE SOME ONE TOLD U IT MAKES U LAST LONG IN BED.....just keep doing it until the doctor says u don't need to do it any more...continuous stopping of urine leads to failure to control ur bladder when u reach in ur 50's....

you have to self controll youre bladder

while urinating, try stop and start the flow, but thats just so you know what they feel like. the more effective pelvic floor excercise is to try and hold up your testicles - as if you're lowering yourself into cold water and are trying to hold them up....do you get what i mean?

This is an exercise that men are advised to do after having the prostrate removed, and is essential to have control over the bladder, like someone else said practise just a few times holding your pee in that way you know how to control that muscle, as it's a different muscle from holding in your poo, the exercise can be done while sitting watching TV or at any other time you choose, like any other muscle the more you exercise it the stronger it gets.
I know from experience you see I've had my prostrate out
