Because they are thin, and there is no fat that collects around the penis and makes it appear shorter.

maybe because those tall skinny guys will gain weight and have skinny kids who gain weight and they have skinny kids that gain weight and they have skinny kids that gain weight....

or maybe your metabolism slows down...

I know a guy thats super skinny, maybe like 5'9, and he has the biggest penis i have ever seen. It was thicker than his leg and almost a long as his thigh. I didnt even know they came that size. So to answer u, i dont know, but bigger isnt always better

Actually your penis is made up of mostly fat. That question is pretty subjective. How many penises have you seen? Not the best thought out question.

Hahaha! It's so true.

Because of the amount of fat on the mons pubis (pelvic bone) that makes it appear larger.

i dont think that is true!

I"m not tall, just 5'8" at 145lbs some might consider me skinny but penis only measures 4.5 inches.

becuase even though the packages are the same size as an overweight dudes, all that fat around there makes it look smaller on fat people

Thanks for the compliment Anna P

well im a skinny short guy(haha not tall) but id have to say that the reason why we have large members is bcuz well were not fat......meaning that the blood in skinny guys is much easier to flow then in a fat guy where the blood is all like cloged ...

im 15 and im 7in...for the longest time i could remember

I think it has to do with body type which is called "ectomorph" for skinny tall guys. And the penis isn't mostly made of fat! like someone said lol it's quite obvious that it's muscle.

I never been with skinner men than me.I thought fat men we're bigger LOL-
