What are the weight-free workouts for upper back?!


Question: hi..i am 21 and i used to do pushups only before last yr...but few days ago i took free weights and practiced DEADLIFTS. since i was careless, i had serious lower back injury. then after doing a lot of hyperextensions i recovered somehow. now i dont wanna take weight anymore before i turn 30 but still wanna built a good upper back. any suggestion plz.....

pull-ups on a bar, I always do handstand pushups using the wall as support whenever I don't have the chance to work out - I would actually recommend to continue working out but doing light/moderate weights to help yourself recover, nothing too strenuous...If you pick it back up do compound movements such as incline dumbbell flyes, standing military press, seated shoulder press, lat pulldown all develop a lean.muscular back and shoulders
