If you have had it since birth and it has not just recently developed , you should be ok .
However if it is new ,or has started to change colour or size you should have it checked out by your GP , just in case.
Please don't be embarrassed about this as your doctor will be comfortable in checking this out

You should have a dermatologist take a look at it to be safe
If it is raised, like higher than the rest of your skin, and is not a circle, and changes colour, then it is probably something to look out for. I would just check in with the doctor or your parents or something. Don't be embarrassed, doctors are used to looking at naked people all the time. And your parents were the ones who changed your diapers! Don't be shy, everyone that is not a female has a penis.
It could be used to rub your girlfriends clitoris, still go to your doctor and have it checked.
It could be a genital wart, which you do NOT want to spread.
