Question: So here's the picture, I came and wiped the mess with a towel, my fingers never directly touched the semen but probably the moisture from the towel. I cleaned my fingers with alcohol and washed them with soap. Is there a possibility for sperm to live considering the facts I mentioned?

No. They might live on the towel for a while, until the semen dries up. But on your hands no. Especially if the semen didn't really go on your hands. You're fine.
No they don't live after you wash up.
They die within minutes of hitting the floor.
