No, they don't work. You can't make a specific part of your body just grow on purpose. Pills, for a start, would affect your whole body if they worked, they can't "center" on your penis. If anything does work, it'll be for a tiny amount of time.
every woman doesnt like really big ones. sometimes they are just nice to look at but not practical because they cause pain for smaller women. for example, one guy was so large that it would not even go in and thats no fun for either of us. if you are a decent size, i'd say just be content with what you have. if not, get good at using your mouth and fingers lol

But women don't care about size, and if they do, you can write them off as petty whores and find yourself a new girl, one who isn't so shallow.
