Actually, a male can cause a pregnancy test to show positive, but that is a sign of some form of cancer or other nasty problem if I'm not mistaken.
i had my baby seven weeks ago and my husband said he felt contractions when he was at work when i went into labor he did have alot of cravings too but i think he was using that as an excuse to eat more :)
