Urine very strong smelling, is this normal?!

Question: (don't mean to be gross, but...) My brother is 18, pretty healthy, thin, (even though he only eats sh*t foods) and I noticed that when he leaves the bathroom and I go in like 5 minutes later that the smell of urine is SO strong! It's not an "off" smell for urine, just REALLY pungant.
He doesn't take vitamins or any medications, doesn't eat fruit or veggies, and this isn't even morning pee, it's anytime pee.

Is this normal and OK?

He needs H2O, Indication of dehydration which is common in poorly nourished persons due to concentration of waste products, nitrogen, etc...

sometimes what ur urine smells and looks like is what ur body produces according to what u have previously drank or eatin
it probably isnt normal ur body needs
water, vegtables, protien, fats and sugars, dairy and grains daily

I don't think that is normal...He should definitely be eating fruits and vegetables. They help cleanse the body and get rid of toxins. Also, lack of water may be causing this problem. Water is also great at cleaning out the system. Tell him to alter his diet and try to eat healthier. If this does not seem to work after a period of time, you should advise him to see a specialist..
Good luck...and i wish you the best..
