Look, sweetheart, this isn't a sex problem. I really don't want to sound "preachy", but obviously you both need to back off the premarital sex,which almost always causes problems in any relationship. He obviously has issues with what you two are doing, and the more you try to do this, and the more times he "fails" to perform, the greater the risk that this could develop into an issue that will haunt him for the rest of his life. Do HIM a favor and back off the sexual activity all together, and explain to him that you just don't think it's right, just don't let him feel like he has "FAILED " in any way, OK?
what kind of new techniques? techniques from cosmo? (while it's an interesting read, what is says and what guys say are sometimes 2 different things.) spice it up, and first and foremost ask him what he'd like you to do. use your lips, use the back of your tonge, pay attention to the whole package (if you get my drift.) but first and foremost, figure out what he wants you to do. and don't be nervouse, if he really loves you, it shouldn't be a problem.
