Because we already accomplished what I was working for and I just didnt want to see her any more (*** hole I know)
Only time I did that was because I wasn't planning to break up with her, but needed some time to myself. I did end up splitting though (but I did that face to face.)
Usually when guys do it it's because they're not man enough to end the relationship and hope everything will resolve itself if they hide long enough.

Well, I only did that once, and we weren't seriously dating. It was because she was kind of a stalker and freaked me out. If you were serious and he just stopped calling then he's a jerk and doesn't deserve you.
It's been a long time for me, but the word m-a-r-r-i-a-g-e on the first, second or third date usually causes a shut-down.
Endless phone calls that last hours.
