Are my measurements too big?!


Question: im 14 im 5'6 tall and my measurements are 40 chest , 34 waist and 39hips

I would say that for 14 and 5'6" you are somewhat overweight. Unless you are a body builder and it is all pure muscle. But if you are overweight, it's easy to get under control now. It is way harder to deal with as you get older.

So, take the steps now to drop the excess baggage. You will feel better, live longer and probably even show a longer erection too (hehe).

Food - don't need a fad diet - just cut out starches and sugars as much as possible - reduce the potato/rice/pasta, water instead of pop, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Meat is okay but avoid fatty cuts. And steer clear of foods cooked in lots of fat.

Activity levels - get out there and get active. Just walking to school or th emovies or the mall instead of getting drives or biking if it is too far to walk will go a long ways. So will using stairs instead of elevators. And avoid Tv, video games and th elike; instead take up playing a sport or other activity that involves at least some physical movement. If all else fails, take long walks.

Sleep the right amount for you each night - possibly up to 9 hours, get lots of fresh air and sunshine and visit yrou doctor for a good checkup to ensure all the extra activity is cool.
