What are these white bumps on my testicles?!

You know how chicken skin is? The little bumps all over it? I have about four of these tiny white bumps on my scrotum. Is this normal? Healthy? Cancerous? Should I get it checked out?

Probably just hair follicles. It doesn't sound serious to me, or harmful. And this question doesn't sound in any way offensive, so why would Yahoo think that?

Nodules with white head usually represent infected lesions (commonly of bacterial origin ). Secondary bacterial infection on top of viral infection, commonly due to infection with herpes simplex virus (HSV-2).
-Herpetic lesions are fluid-filled blisters on red swollen areas of the skin or on the mucous membranes. These lesions are Itchy, tender and painful and the condition is recurrent.
- If the lesions are nearby hairy area, it may be a sebaceous cyst( a swelling of an oil gland in the skin) or just a simple Acne like lesion. Again secondary bacterial infection can occur.
it depends on your age. if you are going through pubert,. this is TOTALY normal, its just signs of pubic hair that are supposed to grow in, if this is the case, u might see these on the base of your penis sumtime later on too
do you shave? it might be ingrown hairs.

Are there hairs growing out of them? If so they are normal, they are hair follicles.
Hair follicles... The skin on your testicles is super thin. So thin the roots of the hair can be seen, don't worry to much about it dude...
