yes that is normal.
But first I am proud of you that you quit! Very good keep it up!
I think it's normal. The body is going without what it's used to.

Another way to clean your system and detox yourself is to eat healthy and drink lots and lots of water and take a trip to the gym's sauna or steam room. That can really open up your pores, make you sweat out all the toxins in your body. The skin after all is like the third kidney.

yep

im not sure. good luck though.

i just lit a smoke!,But ya it takes time.

your body is out of whack...and your metabolism is probably trying to find it's way...drink lots of water, and take vitamins, and if it gets worse see a doctor

When you stop drinking alcohol, you can get all kinds of withdrawal symptoms. These can vary from very light to very serious. You can suffer from sweating, sleeping badly, having stomach pains, being anxious, feeling tense or restless. In worse cases, you may also start to tremble and get an epileptic attack or delirium tremens (seizure). After 24 hours the withdrawal symptoms are usually at their peak and after three days the worst part is normally over. After 7 to 10 days, most symptoms have disappeared. If you want to stop drinking, it is best to consult a doctor. He can prescribe a tranquilizer for a short period (for example, 3 days) so that you don't feel or feel less of the withdrawal symptoms. This is also best, because serious withdrawal symptoms like a seizure or delirium can end up in the wrong way

I've heard that chewing on raw mint leaves can help alleviate the cravings. Maybe you can try that.

yep. Been there. Thats funny you said that. I use to smoke a pack a day, and when I would drink, that nuber would go up to 2 1/2 packs per day. So when i quit smoking, I also quit drinking. Thats been 3 yrs ago, and I still wont drink, because I dont want to smoke.

Yes.

Good for you. Never smoke nor drink again.

I cold turkyed smoking. It was tough, but it can be done. It takes about a year to get it completely out of your system. You may feel awful for awhile, but don't worry about it.

Don't but if you do give in to the smoking say to yourself.... I made a mistake I'M NOT A SMOKER. And dont' do it again.

this is very normal, although it wouldn't hurt to contact your doctor, to keep in check with whats going on. Some withdrawal symptoms of alcohol can be serious depending on how much you drink.

Yes. It's your body releasing the toxins from your system. When I quit smoking I actually thought I had the flu. It went away at around 7 days though.

Drink A LOT of clear fluids...that's the most important thing. It will help flush the toxins and keep you hydrated. Also...take about 1,000 mg of vitamin C a day because you'll be losing it with urination when you start drinking more fluids....I know it sounds kinda 'circular' but it'll help.

Yeah, pretty much, but you'll find when you reach a certain point you will start feeling stronger, which will help with your resolve to stay clean. That's how it worked for me, and particularly the cigs make me weak to even think about. (Cigars, actually. Still think they're God's great gift to man. Got some hid in the garage.)

Yes.

But I recommend you take advantage of herbals to help deal with it. Here's a very helpful source: http://www.nicocure.com/?aid=488861

Good luck!

Yes, its your body wanting nicatine and is going to do anything to make you smoke again. It will go away.

I am an alcoholic (I just don't drink anymore). All I can say is keep yourself busy...doing whatever. Boredom was the biggest reason I drank. The effects of withdraw are normal....Tomorrow you won't feel the withdraws as much and so on for the next days to come, the effect will decrease down to nothing after a week of sobriety. Try going to an AA meeting it does help.

My friends said so...

YES DEPENDING ON HOW ADDICTED YOU ARE YOU MAY NEED PROFESSIONAL HELP IN OVERCOMING THIS ADDICTION

Im not sure but keep it up.... well done....x
