I seem to have a small back pain, what kind of exercise(s) should I do ?!

Question: I have a lower back pain right now , from my workout yesterday .
it seems to be a really small one.
I don't want to mess up any of my muscles , at the same time I want to work out also ..
Do you think I should just do the biceps , triceps , and abs?

or just focus on certain muscles , if so which ones ??

back pain while doing exercises is a classic sign of u not having a strong core/lower abdominal muscles....doesn't matter if u got a six pack or not....the solution? u gotta exercise ur abs!!!!! look it up....if u do not do this the result will be that pain will increase/spread and will prevent u from doing ur excersises...

Sleep always works for me

Go to a chiropractor, this could be the beginning of something more serious.

I recommend swimming for a week or two. I was working out regularly until I hurt my back doing power cleans. Once I did that, I was on the shelf for like 4 weeks. Nothing seemed to work (chiropractors included), and every time I felt good enough to get back into working out, I would immediately hurt my back again.

Someone recommended swimming, so I gave it a shot. It strengthens your core, along with all those goofy little stabilizer muscles that help keep everything in line. You will find increased strength and flexibility go a long way to helping you on the road to recovery. Swimming is also great for burning calories and strengthening your shoulders, so you won't lose too much strength from not lifting.

After about 3 weeks of swimming, I was able to get back into my routine without the constant pain in my lower back.
