think about something that is sad, or think about how cute you were when you were a child and you were playing and dancing etc. :)

Your parents reaction to your erection! :)

Hmm.. this is a toughy. If you kinda breathe in and bend your pelvis backwards it can sometimes tame that wild beast of ours! Other then that mate, not sure.

make sure little fella is in a position thats uncomfy for when you do get an erection ?

with gf it is no embarrassement, my gf takes it as a compliment that I am at attention in her presence. It is embarassing with colleagues or during important meetings.

You and your girlfriend need to get used to the fact that guys get erections all the time. So does she, probably, but you can't feel her clitoris when it swells up. You both should accept that fact that it happens, that it feels good, that you can't control it. If you're really boyfriend-girlfriend, that should be something you're both comfortable with.

if you are holding your gf or bf and you do not get erect then you need to see a doctor to find out what is wrong with yoru penis.

secondly why would you get embarassed if you get erect while being physically close to yrou gf or bf? The penis is supposed to respond that way if you are with a person you find attractive and all. Personally I'd be way more embarassed if my penis didn't get erect.

So, let your penis do what it will when you are in contact wiht yoru gf and enjoy it. And if she notices that is cool too. After all, she should read it as a compliment. though if she is freaked out over it, then she is obviously not ready to be dating guys anyway.
