All of the things you describe mean you are well into puberty , and some guys just develop quicker than others
I would suggest that one of the next steps is that you will start to look at girls more closely , unless you are gay and obviously it will be guys
Things like the hair growth Will probably just continue , but at a faster rate and thicker
You may still grow a few inches , and your penis length is already longer than the average for an adult male (6.2 inches) again I would think you will end up around the 8 inch mark which takes you into the big boy league , and you shouldn't have any problems finding sexual partners

get broader shoulders wet dreams and erections youll get even taller and then youll be a man!

Just wait; sth will happen biologically that you can not see them. Your reproductive organs are now start to develop and it will last maybe untill you reach to 25!!

manhood and everything that comes with it

You will gain body mass and "fill out" so that your appearance is less boyish and more like a man. You will find it easier to gain muscle mass if you exercise or lift weights because of an increase in your testosterone. You might experience mood or attitude changes that include anger, confusion, anxiety, insecurity, bouts of inexplicable joy, attraction to people of the opposite sex or same sex, sexual arousal, etc., etc.

A study funded in part by NICHD has identified a gene that appears to be the crucial signal for the beginning of puberty. Without a functioning copy of the gene, known as GPR54, humans appear unable to enter puberty normally.

Apparently, you are normal. WHAT'S NEXT? I'm sorry to break it to you but it's all "down hill" from here. You start to age. Your hair turns grey, your skin gets wrinkley, you start to loose your sex drive and you no longer are able to get errections. Life suddenly becomes morbid.

I think you've managed to nail down all the main physical changes. It is perhaps wishfull thinking to hope for a bigger penis as you are above average already but hey, it could happen!

You'll reach full physical maturity by 18-21 years, and over the next 10 years you will just continue to fill out more. Body and facial hair may start off relatively thin but it gets a hell of a lot thicker by your late 20's. One of my friends had just a few wispy hairs on his chin (which he desperately tried to grow!) when he was 24 and now at 28 he's suddenly started growing a full beard and spends all his time trying to shave it off!.

The main chances that people forget about are are in the brain. Your true 'adult' personality takes a while to come out and can differ quite a lot from what you were like before puberty. You don't have to become all dull and serious as you may fear, you can stay just as fun loving as you are now only with better impulse control and powers of concentration.

Well, there's really no telling unless we know exactly how your genes are programmed. There is a good possibility that you're an early bloomer and the only changes left for you to undergo would be the maturation of your features and, eventually, ageing. Other points that you may or may have not gone through yet would be an increase in muscle mass, acne, oily hair, the Urges, psychological recalibration and a sharp decrease in active tastebuds.

However, there is also an equally good possibility for you to be incredibly lucky. By your stats, however, you sound like you've gotten a very good deal with your run with puberty already.

What's next ?
Well to some extent it's up to you. Sound like you have "made it" physically. If you make sure your mental ability, work habits & social skills are right up there too you will be a hit in everything you do.
Life is about building on the things you are good at, recognising the things you are not so good at & working to improve those areas.
Good luck for a successful life!

You're almost as hot as me, except I have muscle, broad shoulders, and boys. I'm only 13.
