sounds like an overactive pituitary gland..get checked out.

if you squeeze it to hard it'd probbaly do that because like the blood your squeezing it... some pepole do it for sexual feeling its nothing to be embarced about

You're right, it is strange that he's 31 years old and telling you all about him touching his red nipple and sudden hairs growing round it.
Perhaps the hair was already there, from when he hit puberty.
