I would say it is arguable, some would say you are still a virgin cause you have not made penetration, others would say you aren't cause you had these experiences with another person.

My rule of thumb is that if your Girlfriend/Wife/Partner would count it as being unfaithfull or if it involves another person and ends in an orgasm then it counts of as sex. Same sex couples who's activities do not unvolve the use of a vagina (if male) or penetration (if female) have still without doubt performed 'the act' and are no longer virgins, so the same applies to herto activities.
If he's straight, yes. Only penis-vagina penetration counts as losing your virginity. If he's gay, ANY form of sex means he's no longer a virgin.
