Medications can really effect erection, particularly at later ages because blood flow is impeded everywhere in ones body. But, all things being equal, yes,one have erections, they are just softer. Also, ones fingers, etc, don't fall off either.
Your question is a bit too vague. There are 90 year old men that run marathons, go dancing, and still get drunk with their buddies on weekends. Do all 90 year old men do this? No of course not. The same pertains to sex. Do some 90 year old men have a sex drive? Sure. Do men have a tendency to have a greater sex drive than women as they get old? Yes, men don't go through menopause. So to answer your question, yes. Hypothetically and realistically, men 90+ years of age can, do, and are capable of having sex, even though the odds of finding such a man are incredibly low. Especially since many people at that age are on a myriad of medications, have a old/bad heart etc. To answer your question directly the penis, even with a young man, can shrivel to nothingness if it's too cold outside or if contained inside tight, white underwear. A non-erect penis is not an indicator as to whether or not a male is capable of being erect. It just may be uglier =)
Yes men of that age can still have sex. It may be harder to get it up, but it's all in the amount of effort he puts into it.
